Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 cupsmasoor dal
  • 2onion chopped
  • 3green chillies chopped
  • Curry leaves chopped
  • 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • Salt as required
  • Pinchbaking soda
  • Handfulcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Take dal wash and soak for 2 hours

    Coarsely grind dal and add onion,green chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds, turmeric and red chilli powder

    Before frying add baking soda

    Fry on high flame and serve with green chutney
