In bowl add dry ingredients and mix well add grated carrot and knead well and make a smooth dough.

In a pan heat oil add onion and saute for until onion turn soft. Add carrot and fry for mins add chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook for mins add Meggi masala and mashed Paneer and cook 2-3mins next add cabbage and add as per water and cook 4-5mins.

After divide the dough prepared in 1into 4 portion and roll the dough with rolling pin to make chapatis and cut it heart shape.

Now keep paneer stuff on it and in edge apply little water and cover with another heart shape and deep fry until golden brown.

Serve hot with ketchup and enjoy 😍
