5 to 8 people

400 gmButter
1 cupall-purpose floor
1 tspsalt
1 tbspoonsugar
Oil for frying
3eggs
Chocolate (optional)
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupwater

Take water in pan add milk salt and sugar and add BUTTER and stir well

Stir well till butter melt..

Add floor in butter mixture and start mixting

Mix well till pulp removed... Cook on medium flame

Add egg 1 by 1 in mixture and mix 2gether

Now fill shaper... And heat oil. On medium flame....

Cook on medium flame

Fry till golden

You also make with other shape with chocolate...

Serve with tea or Nutella or choco
