Heat the ghee in a kadai..

When the ghee is melt. So added the 3/4 cup jaggery...

And the jaggery aur melt in the ghee.. then added the wheat flour.

Mix well to combine all the Ingredients. It will be a lumpy paste at this stage. Keep stirring continuously to prevent the flour from burning.

Spread it evenly with the help of the base of a small plate or a small spoon.

Some Almond crush in plate for Garnishing..and cut the piece of gur papdi..

Ready to eat Golpapdi...
