  • 1cucumber sliced
  • 1 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspSugar
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tastePepper

Steps

    In a bowl add vinegar, salt and sugar.

    Now soak cucumber in it for overnight.

    Chop cucumber finely.

    In a bowl add chopped cucumber and all the sauces. Give it a good mix.

    Refrigerate until use.
