1big Cheese cube
1 cupFlour
1egg Egg
1 cupBread crumbs

Cut cheese slab in slice very carefully not to break it.

Coat in flour, dip in beaten egg and crumbs. Repeat again.

You can coat it 3 time as well for more perfect look.

Shallow fry on medium high flame just to give light golden colour on both sides.
