  1. 2 cupPomegranate pearls
  2. 100 mlmilk
  3. 1 tbspsugar or honey (optional)

    Cut pomegranate into half, then just start hitting the back of the fruit with a wooden ladle. All the seeds will come off easily.

    Blend pomegranate pearls (seeds), honey and milk together in a blender and filter it. Transfer to a glass and Consume immediately.
