Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  • 2eggs
  • 2 tspCustard powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1 cupevaporated milk
  • 1 tspcornstarch
  • 1 tspsugar
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tbspchopped coriander & tomato

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    At first separated egg yolks & egg whites.

    Mixing Custard powder, 1/2 cup milk, black & sugar together with egg yolks..... steamed it for 10 minutes.

    Then added veggies, another 1/2 cup milk, salt & cornstarch with egg whites. Mixing it properly. Set thz egg yolks into glass & poured the egg white too...... steamed it for 20 minutes again.

    Keeping it rest into refrigerator for 20 minutes. Then you can served it with sauce.
