1/4 cuproasted cumin
1/2 tbsp.whole black pepper
1/4 cupaamchur powder
2 tbspblack salt
1 1/2Salt as per taste
1/4 tsphing

Roast jeera and black pepper on slow gas.colour shouldn't change. grind it. Sieve it.Add rest all ingredients and mix it. Our chatpata tangy Chat masala is ready.
