Shrimp with Lo Mein Noodles and Snow Peas - Jon Style

Chinese food from New York is one of our favorites. We love it because it uses plenty of vegetables and is not hard to make. The key is to have the right ingredients on hand. If you enjoy Chinese food, keep main ingredients like garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and a wok (Chinese skillet) ready.

Steps

  1. 1

Measure and cut all the ingredients for the recipe. Make the sauce by mixing the sauce ingredients well in a small bowl. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the Lo Mein noodles until al dente, then rinse immediately with cold water. Set aside. In a small bowl, mix the oils together.
