  • 300ग्राम पालक
  • 250ग्राम पनीर
  • 3टमाटर
  • 2बड़े प्याज़
  • 2से3 लहसुन कली
  • 2हरि मिर्च
  • 1इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा
  • 1चमच्च कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
  • 2स्पून धनिया पाउडर
  • 1/4टी स्पून गरम मसाला
  • 1/4टी स्पून दालचीनी पाउडर
  • 1/2स्पून लालमिर्च पावडर
  • नमक सव्दानुसार

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले पालक को अच्छे से धोकर कुकर में करके एक सीटी ले ले

    उसके बाद टमाटर प्याज़ अदरक लहसुन हरी मिर्च को मिक्ससी में डालकर बारीक पीसकर पेस्ट बनाकर रख ले

    पनीर को छोटे टुकड़ों में काट ले

    कड़ाही में तेल गरम करे उसमे जीरा हल्दी डालकर भुने फिर उसमे पेस्ट डालकर भुने पेस्ट भूनते समय उसमे कश्मीरी मिर्च डालें और अच्छे से भुने

    उसके बाद उसमे सब मसले डालकर अकव्हे से भुने जब मसाला तेल छोड़ने लगे तब उसमे पीसा हुआ पालक डाले और 5से 7 मिनट भुनने दे।उसके बाद उसमे पनीर डाल कर 2से3 मिनट उबाल आबे दे।

    तैयार है हमारा पालक पनीर गर्म गर्म रोटी के साथ सर्वे करे।
