Boil 2 eggs. Slice them. Keep 6 slices and chop another slices. Chop 1 green chilli.

Prepare gravy. Heat butter. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle. Add finely chopped onion and cook them until translucent.

Add green chilli and ginger garlic paste and saute well on medium flame. Keep all the powdered masalas ready.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook well until the tomatoes get soft. Add all the powdered masalas and mix well. Cook for a while. Add a little water and let it simmer on low flame until the butter separates from the masalas.

Crush the gravy with vegetable masher and take it out in another vessel. On the same iron tawa heat butter and add chopped eggs and cook well. Add salt and pepper and chopped green chilli and cook well.

Take an egg. Break it and add salt, pepper and red chilli powder and whisk well. Take a frying pan and add oil. Once heat up, add the egg. Let it cook on low flame. Add the remaining boiled egg slices.

Now flip the omelette carefully and cook well. Turn it upside down on plate. Reheat the gravy. Adjust consistency by adding water. add Coriander leaves and finish off.

Now arrange the dish on plate. First of all, put omelette. Pour the gravy over it. Add Coriander leaves and add the boiled eggs pieces and some more Coriander leaves.

It's really a very tasty, healthy and delicious dish made with eggs. Ready to be served. Serve hot
