Gujrati Kadhi

In a vessel whisk curd properly.

Add besan to the curd and mix properly.

Now add 3 cups of water and keep the besan curd mixture for boiling on low flame. Keep it stirring continuously.

In another vessel or small kadai, heat ghee.

Once ghee is hot add mustard, jeera and hing.Also add curry leaves, ginger -green chilli paste and red chillies. Switch off the flame.

Add this tempering to the curd-besan mixture.Mix well.

Add salt and sugar and bring the kadhi to a boil. Serve hot with khichdi and papad.
