In a big bowl, add flour and add milk slowly, add baking powder, mix it gently that no lumps should be there.

Turn on the gas and add the batter in the kadhai and then stir it in only one direction, then stir till it gets thick amd take it out in a plate, then make sugar syrup on the other hand.

Then make small walls of it and fry it in the ghee, then dip it in the sugar syrup and coat it with coconut.

Serve hot.
