Steps

Take a pan add ghee,oil,clove,cardamom,bay leaves,pandan leaves.

Add(Chopped ingredients)
garlic.ginger,green chilli,red chilli,onion,carrot,cabbage,and salt cook until veggies halfcooked. - 3
Heat 4 cup of water in a electric cooker or big utensil and wait until it gets boil,then add soaked rice,chilli powder,black pepper powder,now add half cooked veggies,add salt to taste cook for 10 minutes

Chop the potatoes, then keep it in bowl water for 30 minutes in fridge.then drain the water & dry the potatoes to fry it

Take a bowl add 1 drop of green food colour and add coconut grated with it mix it well to get green coconut grated.

Now serving multi layers steps,take a big plate add cooked rice and spread evenly,

Then Arrange potato fries,then carrot grated,beetroot grated,green colour coconut grated and egg white grated and serve it.
