Ingredients

  1. Yam
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onions
  4. Maggi
  5. Salt
  6. Egg
  7. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut,peel and wash yam.

  2. 2

    Grate them using the smallest part of your grater.

  3. 3

    Add your grated scotch bonnet and onions.

  4. 4

    Add Maggi and salt to taste.

  5. 5

    Add egg and mix.

  6. 6

    Pour oil in a pan and deep fry.

  7. 7

    Serve hot🤤
