In a non-stick frying pan add water,sugar and butter and stir until sugar is melted.

To your melted sugar stir in your powdered milk and keep stirring until well cooperated(on low flame)

Oil your plate and spread milk candy evenly and cut rough edges.

Smoothen surface using spatula

Cut into desired shapes and enjoy your yummy milk candy.
