Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1/2 spoontea leaves
  4. 2 Spoonssugar
  5. 1 inchginger
  6. 1/4 spoongaram masala

    Take milk and water in a tea pan. add grated ginger and let's bring a boil. When milk is boiling add tea leaves. Boil it on simmer for 3-4 minutes.

    Now the colour has changed add sugar according to taste cook for a minute add tea masala.

    Stir with a spoon and cook for 2minutes on simmer. turn off the flame. Strain the tea in cups and Serve.
