Sai Ua Stuffed Mushrooms Sai Ua Stuffed Mushrooms
If you made my Sai Ua recipe, then this is a perfect way to use up that sausage mixture, no casings required. Since the sausage is already made, this dish comes together super quickly and makes a great appetizer, side dish, or snack that feels fancy but is deceivingly easy to make. These little stuffed mushrooms are bursting with the spicy, herby goodness of Northern Thai Sai Ua sausage. The filling is fragrant with lemongrass, makrut lime leaf, garlic, and chilis, baked into juicy mushroom caps until golden and deeply savory. Perfect for gatherings, weeknight dinners, or anytime you want to impress with minimal effort. Depending on the size of your mushrooms, you may end up with some filling leftover. Let me know if you make them, I’d love to see how they turn out! Kasey Coffey -
Magical Stuffed Eggs Magical Stuffed Eggs
I wanted to make something simple but pretty that would make everyone happy. After chopping the onion, absorb the excess moisture with kitchen papers to refrain it from being watery when you put it on the eggs. The tuna salad is seasoned already so it doesn't actually need sauce. You can place the stuffed eggs as they are in your bento boxes. Recipe by Minaichigo cookpad.japan -

Kid approved ! If your kids like mushrooms on their pizza they will love this quick and easy finger food. Adult approved too! Lol 😂 taste just like pizza.I had some mushrooms and I was playing around with them because I know the stuff mushrooms I was making for hubby and me my kids wouldn’t eat ... so that’s why I only did 4 . Can use whatever pizza toppings you like and bigger mushrooms would be better. This was just a test run ... and they are good. ( I should have added seasoning but my kids are picky) 🌈NinjaMommaKitchen🌈 -

Ultra-Easy Plump Squid Stuffed with Rice (Ikameshi) and Teriyaki-Style Sauce Ultra-Easy Plump Squid Stuffed with Rice (Ikameshi) and Teriyaki-Style Sauce
Usually, the squid used for stuffed squid is tough. I thought it would be so much better if the meat was tender, so I challenged myself to achieve this. I cooked it simply using Mrs. Adachi's (a recipe blogger and writer) teriyaki sauce, which was shown on TV the other day. It's a bit sweet, so if you don't like sweet sauces, you can omit the sugar for a savory sauce.Usually, rice stuffed squid is made with a small portion of mochi rice... but in this recipe, I just used already cooked rice to keep things simple. The squid is not simmered, but is finished quickly over high heat, which means the squid remains tender. If you simmer squid for a long time, it'll turn tough. If you mix the sauce into the rice that's stuffed in the squid, it'll become pretty sweet. If you prefer it less sweet, use plain rice for the stuffing instead. Recipe by Mekamahao cookpad.japan -
