Steps

First roast semolina in a pan till light golden brown.

Then remove suji to a plate.Then add ghee when ghee melts add mustard seeds,urad daal and curry leaves.

Then chopped carrot,green peas,ginger and onions.Saute them for a while.

Then add hot water with salt.

Then to this add roasted semolina and cook them with closed lid.Serve hot.
