People often throw away the skin of the pumpkins and squashes but it’s completely edible so don’t waste it! These little chips/crisps are salty and crunchy and they make an awesome snack #CookEveryPart

Cut the skin from your pumpkin or squash and the slice it into strips or smaller bite sized pieces.

Give them a generous coating of olive oil and use your hands to make sure they are coated properly.

Roast in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 C. Then dust them liberally with salt (season to taste, I like them salty!)
