Ingredients

1hr 30 minutes
5 servings
  • 1000 gAll purpose flour
  • 50 gbutter
  • 60 gsugar
  • 10 gyeast
  • 250 mlmilk
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 5eggs
  • 1 tspessence

Steps

1hr 30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients. Add butter and mix. Add beaten eggs and essence

  2. 2

    Add warm milk and knead for about 8 minutes. Apply oil

  3. 3

    Oil a bowl, put your daugh, cover and put in a warm area for 1hr

  4. 4

    After an hour, knock the risen daugh, roll into balls cut, cover for 30 minutes... deep fry
