  2. 3 tbspkasuri methi
  3. 1 tspNigella seeds
  4. 1 tspajwain
  5. 3/4 cupmilk
  6. 3 tbspolive oil
  7. 1 tspblack salt
  8. 1 tspblack pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients to the mix of atta and maida.

    Make the dough.cut equal shape from the dough.

    Roll it and make triangle shape. Sprinkle with some sesame seeds.

    Heat the tawa put the paratha on it.flip the sides brush some olive oil.now it is ready to serve.
