Take all ingredients as shown

Dry roast oats for 4/5 minutes & take out in plate

Take oil add cashews fry till golden colour take out in plate

Then add mustard seeds & let it splutter add curry leaves capsicum and carrot satute for 3 minutes

Now add roasted oats mix well

Add water and all masalas mix well till water absorbs and add ghee mix well

Now healthy upma is ready within few minutes garnish it with Cashews and it is ready to serve
