Ingredients

  • 2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspeno
  • As neededcurd
  • As neededoil for frying
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • For sugar syrup:
  • 1 glasswater
  • 2 glasssugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above-mentioned ingredient to make a batter keep the batter for 7-8 min.

  2. 2

    For sugar syrup add 2 glass sugar with 1 glass water in low flame.

  3. 3

    Than with the help of small holled bottle make a shape of jalebi in hot oil than add that crispy jalebi in sugar syrup.
