Sieve your flour add your yeast,milk, suger and mix evenly NB:baking powder tends make your doughnut hard if you're to keep it and not to eat it on same day so I'm skipping it

Break your egg in a container add your flavor in it and whisk then add it to your dried ingredients,and mix.

Add water as you knead,your dough should be alittle sticky but don't let it to be too sticky because when your suger melt, it becomes more sticky

After kneading,...bring your butter and placed on top of your dough, deep it in and continue to knead till you got a smooth dough and your hands are clean from the dough that sticks to it.cover and keep at room temperature for 40mins or till it double in size.

After Your dough has rise divide it into 2 equal size

Rolled half of the dough, each half will give you 15 pieces then keep to rise again.

Rised doughnuts...fry in deep oil
