Wash, peel and cut dice the beetroot and grind to a fine paste. Add water to it. Roast the cashews

Heat ghee, roast rava, add beetroot juice. Allow the liquid to evaporate.

When done, add sugar. Melt it completely. Add the cardamom powder and dry fruits. Mix well.

Grease a tin with ghee. Spread the mixture and allow it to cool. Garnish with cashews.
