In a bowl add all the ingredients (EXCEPT THE GRAM, CORN or PLAIN FLOUR) mix well.

Add the fish pieces in the marination mix well cover and keep in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Now sprinkle the gram,corn or plain flour on the fish pieces on both sides and fry till gets golden, on medium flame. - 4
Once fried place the fish on paper towel to drain extra oil, sprinkle chat masala on the fish.
serve hot.♨️
