Sinasir
Semolina based Sinasir, delicious, simple and easy recipe.
Steps
- 1
Add semolina, yeast, sugar (you can add salt if you want)and mix. Add yogo and warn water and mix to a moderately light batter. Cover and keep in warm place for 2 hrs to ferment.
- 2
After that add some chopped onions and mix properly, if you notice the batter is a bit thick you can add some water to make it light pending on how you want it.
- 3
Grease your pan and preheat on moderate heat, when the pan is hot add your batter
- 4
When it's starts bubble holes from top as below flip to the other side and check after 15- 20 sec if it's ok then you are done. (I do allow mine to stay longer coz I like it when it's brownish kind of, but be careful so that it won't get burnt especially when using pan other than non stick pan. ( For non stick you have Less to worry In Sha Allah). Repeat the above process till you r done with the whole batter.
- 5
Serve hot with vegetable soup (with the sugar added my kids eat Sinasir as snack without soup). Bon appetit monamies 🥰
