Ingredients

  • 3medium bananas
  • grapes
  • hemp seeds
  • leavesmint
  • brown sugar (rock sugar)
  • 150 mlWarm water
  • 1/2 tbspPsyllium husk

    Blend the bananas, mint leaves, hemp seeds, psyllium husk and rock sugar, together with warm water until smooth. Top with some washed grapes and one banana, consume immediately.
