In a bowl add rava and curd. Let it rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, add water to adjust the consistency. Add green chillies, ginger and salt. Mix well. Divide it into 2 parts. Add turmeric powder in one and beetroot powder in another. In a greased mould pour one spoon of pink batter and one spoon of yellow batter. Continue till you completely use the batter.

Now with the help of toothpick make any pattern in the poured batter.

Steam it for 12 minutes on medium flame in a idli cooker.

Cool it down completely before unmoulding. Now prepare tempering. In a kadai,heat oil add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. Once tempered pour on the dhokla.

Finally garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve.
