Homemade No-Yeast Pizza Base || Market style

These days readymade pizza base/crust are easily available stores but nothing beats the fresh homemade ones.
Also they are quite easy to make with simple ingredients available at home.
I havn't used yeast here.
Note:
● You can replace the refined flour(maida) with whole wheat flour.
● I have baked them in oven at 180°C but similar recipe can be followed to bake in a pan/kadai at low flame.

Sift and combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt. Add sugar too, mix well. Now add yogurt, oil and mix properly. Knead to a loose dough for 2 mins. If looks dry use 1-2 tsp of water and if looks too sticky sprinkle very little dry flour to form a soft and loose dough.

Apply little oil over it, cover it and keep aside for at least 45 mins in a warm place(I placed in closed microwave for 2 hours).

Knead for a min and divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Roll each portion into big and thick circles using some dry flour. Prick it evenly with a fork. Preheat the oven at 180°C.

Place it on a baking tray and bake each base ay 180°C in a preheated oven for 5 mins. (In between you can turn it once to cook evenly on both the sides)

Pizza base are ready. It also stays good for 3-4 days.
