In a clean bowl add whipping cream and vanilla essence (I have used sweetened whipping cream)

Whip the cream & Cocoa powder with clean electric beater till stiff peaks.

Cut the chocolate spong cake into half (link🔝) and soak with sugar syrup.

After soaking apply whipped cream (as required) and some of lemon curd. Cover with other half spong cake.

Then soak the cake on top and apply whipped cream all over the cake, first apply thin layer for crumb coat then keep the cake in fridge.

Then apply cream for thick clean coating. Put remaining cream into the piping bag with the desired nozzle and make flowers or any design.

Decorate with, lemon curd, silver pearls and Chocolate shavings.

Beautiful chocolate cake is ready to serve.
