Take a pan and boil milk for 4 - 5 minutes.

Take another pan wash saboodana for 5 to 10 seconds and add into the milk.

Cook it well for 10 minutes. Stir it on low heat flame.You can also add milk made to make it thick.

Add cardamom powder into it.

After cooking add dry fruits into it. Now it is ready to serve.

Take a pan,put one tsp ghee into it and roast all the ingredients (ground nut, makhana, almonds, cashew,potato).

Roast it till it becomes crunchy.

Mix all the roasted dry fruits and fruits into it.

Sprinkle the salt(sendha) & black pepper to taste into it and now it is ready to serve.
