Steps

Take potatoes, wash them and peel off.

Cut them into pieces and dip in water for 10 minutes.

Take out water and put the potato pieces into grinder and grind them roughly.

Take oil in a pan and put it on gas stove. Add ajwain.

Add potatoes, salt, chilli powder and turmeric. Mix well.

Cook it for 10 minutes on medium flame and stir in between. Aloo burji is ready.

Now take curd in a bowl and stir it.

Add paste of coriander-mint, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Curd is ready.
