Today, let's make rasmalai, a delightful dish often enjoyed during Navratri fasting. See how we make simple rasmalai.
Steps
- 1
First, boil the cow's milk. Once it boils, add the lemon juice. The milk will curdle. Strain the chenna through a sieve and rinse it with clean water. Once the water drains well, form the chenna into round, flat balls and place them on a plate.
- 2
Now, take a pan and add water. Once the water boils well, add the sugar. Once the sugar dissolves, add the balls to the syrup. Do not boil them for too long.
- 3
Remove the balls from the syrup and place them in a bowl.
- 4
Take a pan and add the milk. Boil the milk well until it thickens, then turn off the heat. Add saffron and pistachios.
- 5
Now, add all the balls to the rabri. Your rasmalai is ready. You can enjoy rasmalai during fasting.
