Ingredients

  • 1 CupMakhana /Fox nuts
  • 1/4 CupAlmonds
  • 1/4 CupCashews
  • 1/4 Cuppeanuts
  • As per taste Salt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1/4pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 Cupchopped apple
  • Handfulfreshly cut coriander leaves
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 2 tspFlax seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take 1 tsp ghee in a non-stick pan. Roast almonds for 1 to 2 mins.Take them out in a separate bowl.

    In the same pan add cashews and slightly roast them also for 1 to 2 mins.Take them out in same step 1 bowl.

    Also roast peanuts in the same pan.Add this to almonds cashews bowl.

    Take 1 tsp ghee. Add fox nuts to it and roast them for 5 to 6 mins till they become crunchy. Add them also with the same bowl.

    In the same pan roast flax seeds also for 1 min. Add these also to the same bowl.

    Now mix all the nuts and then add pomegranate seeds, chopped apple and salt and black pepper and chat masala to it. Mix them well. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your healthy royal chat is ready to serve. You can add pumpkin seeds or melon seeds or any fruit of your choice to make it more healthy and tasty.
