In a large bowl take sooji and dahi / curd and make the mixture.

Now add chopped veggies and mix.

Keep for a few minutes.

Now add baking soda and mix again.

In an appam pan, add little ghee and pour the batter into each cavity of the pan.

Cover the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Now flip the sides and cook till golden.

Serve with green chutney.
