Soak sabudana in buttermilk for 4 to 5 hours

Now take a kadai and add oil, cumin seeds, hing, potato, carrot, capsicum and roast for 3 to 4 minutes

Now add chilli ginger paste, black pepper, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix it well.

Now add soaked sabudana, coriander, pomegranate and grated coconut and mix it well

Cook for 5 minutes

Take a mixer jar and add lemon juice, Jaggery, coriander, chilli powder, salt and kothimba and crush

Now serve the Chatpati with chevda and chutney
