Paneer Bhurji

First of all mash paneer and keep it aside.
Then after heat oil in a kadai.
Add cumin seeds and asafoetida to it.
Add onion and both red and yellow capsicum to it.
Saute till it becomes translucent. - 2
Add tomato puree and stir for few seconds.
Add all above-mentioned spices to it except lemon and coriander.
Mix it well and cook for 1 min by adding little water to it.
Stir it oftenly.
Check out that it becomes thick gravy and oil separates from it.
Now add crumbled paneer to it. - 3
Mix it well and cook for a minute on low flame.
Off the gas add lemon juice and mix it again.
Take out in the bowl and garnish it with coriander leaves.
And enjoy paneer bhurji with Naan or Parathas.
