Peel tinda & wash properly now give 3 or 4 minor cut in every piece

Make masala salt half spoon chilli powder haldi powder coriander powder garammasala kasuri methi &amchur powder

Mix it proper & fill into tinda slowly so that pieces should not separate

For masala chopped onion & garlic & grind tomato & ginger in grinder

Take a pan put oil first we roast chopped garlic then add onion roast well add puree

Now we add leftovers masala cook well till oil separate

At last we put all piece of tinda slowly in pan half cup of water also add & cover it

After 5 to 6 min you can check the piece its cook proper or not flame should be slow
- 9
If not cook continue cooked for more time after cooked off flame its ready
