Bread uttapam
Steps

Remove the sides from bread and cut them in small pieces.

In a blender, add bread, suji, plain flour, salt, curd, and water.

Blend to a thick and smooth paste.

Take out the batter in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients cumin seeds, onion, tomato, ginger paste, green chilies, hara dhania.

Mix it well. Batter should be thick in consistency add more water if needed. Batter should be thick but not runny.

Heat the pan over medium heat and grease the pan with ghee.

Pour 2 table spoon batter and spread.

Pour little ghee around uttapam. Let it cook for 2 minutes and turn them ovet, bread uttapam should be golden brown from both sides.

Note: Do not cook on high flame.
