Put methi in a vessels add flour, gram flour, oil, salt and masalas to it and knead jently..

Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 ton15 mins

Now take a pan add oil 3spoon.now put some rai jeera and souf in it. After that put greenchilly,garlic, kadipatta and lastly onions... Fry it well.. When color turned lil in golden dein add spices and tomatos.. Keep it for 15 mins in low flame...

Now start making parathas and serve it for bf.. You can have curd also.
