Steps

Boil the Noodles in salt water for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Soak the Chowmein in hot water for 5 minutes. Set aside.

Put them in a bowl. Add cold water. Immediately take out. (This step helps in reducing stickiness).

Cut the veggies into thin slices.

Pour oil in pan.

Put the veggies for frying. Add 1 tsp Black Salt, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder. Keep frying till veggies soften.

Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala.

Add the noodles Chowmein.
- 9
Mix everything carefully. Add 1 Packet Maggie Masala and finish cooking.
