Ek karahi ko medium flame par rakhen aur oil shamil karein.

Oil garam hone par wash aur strain ki hui chicken shamil karein aur chicken ko itna fry karein ke uska colour golden brown hojae aur oil nikal ae.

Ab lehsan adrak aur sabz mirchon ka paste aur sath hi safed zeera shamil karein aur 4 mins tak medium-low flame par pkaen.

Chop ki hui piyaz shamil karein aur 4 mins tak pkaen ke soft hojae.

Ab slice kiye hue tamater aur 1/2 cup pani shamil karein aur cover kar ke 10 mins low flame par pkaen.

10 mins baad open karein aur namak, kutti lal mirch, dhania powder aur fresh kutti kali mirch shamil karein aur 5 mins medium-low flame par bhunai karein.

Akhr mein sabz mirchen, sabz dhania aur julienne katti hui adrak shamil karein, mix karein aur flame off krden.
