In big bowl add semolina, chilli ginger paste, oil, sugar and salt. Mix it well

Now add curd and water and make thick better. When we add eno better release water so it's become runny in consistency so make thick better.

Leave the better till sugar resolves. Now add eno and mix it well and add in grease plate. And steam it for 12 minutes.

After 12 minutes Dhokla is ready.

Add 1 tbspn oil in tadka pan, add mastard seeds, cumin and crackled it. Add pinch of asfotedia and sesame seeds. Pour this to Dhokla and spread it. Cut in the pieces. Jhatpat rava dhokla is ready to eat.
