Cooking Instructions

Cut butter into small cubes, then add the flour, sugar powder and salt. Mix them together. Then add a egg.

Shape the dough and cover it with plastic wrap. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.

Take out the dough and roll it into a nice circle. Speay some flour in the tart. Cut the dough in to circlrs and lay it into the tart. Put it back to fridge for few minutes.

Bake it at 180℃ for 10 minutes.

For the filling, you need 4 egg yorks, add the sugar. Then mix them together.

Zest a lemon and squeeze out the juice(two lemons). Add into the mixture. Add in the whipping cream and our lemon mixture is done.

Sieve the mixture and pour it into our tart. Bake it at 120℃ for 20 minutes.
