Take the blender jug and add soaked rice,yogurt,water and blend well...set aside

Take a mixing bowl and add potato then pour blended rice mixture..add carrot,

Onion,green chilli,coriander, spring onion,cumin seeds chilli flakes,chicken powder, ginger paste,and mix well..

Now add salt,baking soda and mix again nicely.

Heat the pan and add 1 tbsp oil and pour prepared rice mixture..cook from both sides in golden color

Rice Pancake is ready,Try at your home and enjoy.
