Ingredients

2 people
  • 4large portobello mushrooms
  • 200 ggrated Mature cheddar
  • 100 ggrated Mozzarella
  • 50 ggrated Parmesan
  • 1 tspwhole grain mustard
  • 1egg
  • 100 mldouble cream
  • 1 tspWorcester sauce
  • Fresh thyme
  • Cracked peppercorns
  • Optional
  • Pulled ham hock
  • Poached eggs
  • Jalapeños
  • Sliced avocado

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180’C.

  2. 2

    Mix the cheddar and mozzarella.

  3. 3

    Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly before mixing with cheese.

  4. 4

    Spoon the mixture onto the mushrooms and bake. Serve with a salad and a choice of the optional ingredients.

  5. 5

    This recipe works well as a topping for fresh bread.
