  • 2bay leaf
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Light soy sauce
  • 2star anise
  • 5 piecesginger slices
  • 1 clovegarlic

    Heat a wok and add oil.Stir fry ginger garlic peppercorns bay leaf star anise until aromatic.Then put it trotter and add the light and dark soy sauce and three cups water.Stew it for one and half hour
